By using OpenWorkers (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OpenWorkers is a serverless JavaScript runtime platform that allows users to deploy and run code (“Workers”) on shared infrastructure. The Service is provided as-is, in public beta.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Workers found in violation may be suspended or deleted without notice.
The Service enforces per-account limits on workers, environments, databases, KV namespaces, and storage buckets. These limits may change at any time. Attempting to circumvent limits is a violation of these terms.
You retain ownership of code and data you upload. You are solely responsible for the content your Workers serve.
We may access your code or data when required to enforce these terms, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
The Service is provided in beta. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or data durability. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your code and data.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, downtime, or security incidents.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
